1. Finance Associate Attorney
Downtown - Denver, Colorado
The ideal candidate will have:

The firm’s practice primarily involves representing commercial banks, Farm Credit System institutions, community banks, private equity sponsors, family offices, nontraditional lenders, and public and private companies in all aspects of financing transactions.
Highlights of this role include:
Downtown - Denver, Colorado
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience representing lenders and borrowers in financing transactions.
- Expertise in drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security agreements, collateral documents, and closing documentation.
- A high level of academic achievement and prior law firm experience.
- An active license in Colorado or the ability to waive into practice.
Key attributes include exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as a collaborative mindset to work effectively as part of a team.
