She earned a degree in Legal Studies from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies in 2010 and is a member of the Lambda Epsilon Chi National Honor Society (LEX). She is also a commissioned Notary Public and Remote Online Notary (RON) and has served on the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) for Center for Advanced Legal Studies since 2017. Throughout her paralegal career, Crystal practiced in Family Law, Elder Law, Probate, Guardianships, Health Law, Social Security, Intellectual Property, Bankruptcy, and Real Estate. In 2013, Crystal founded Paralegals Connect, which has grown into one of the largest online communities dedicated to legal professionals, with more than 51,680 Facebook Group members and 23,000 email subscribers. Between 2018 and 2024, Crystal published 25 issues of The Paralegals Connect Magazine, providing career guidance, industry insights, and educational content for legal professionals. In 2026, Paralegals Connect transitioned to the Monthly Brief, a digital publication delivered directly to subscribers each month. After 18 years as a paralegal, Crystal transitioned into legal recruiting in 2022. She has successfully placed top legal talent in leading law firms and corporate legal departments across the United States, helping professionals advance their careers while meeting the hiring needs of prestigious organizations. Crystal is passionate about advancing the legal profession; she remains committed to connecting professionals with opportunities and empowering them to excel in their careers. |
